CTIL have taken 20,129 sq ft at Hive 2, moving from building 1330, across the lake.

This follows hot on the tails of a number of successful transactions at The Hive this year, notably Nokia (33,042 sq ft), IC Resources (4,751 sq ft) and Arcum (5,000 sq ft).

The Hive at Arlington Business Park has proved to be one of the major success stories of 2018. The refurbishment and repositioning of the park and addition of new amenity has made it a popular destination for occupiers.

There is currently only 7,355 sq ft remaining at Hive 2 situated on the ground floor along with 58,142 sq ft available at Hive 3.
