Seven Capital is starting speculative work on a significant office scheme in Watford town centre after gaining consent for an 101,116 sqft scheme.
Demolition of the former Gresham House has begun.
Seven Capital will begin construction of the 10-storey building by mid 2019 with completion anticipated summer 2021.
