RARE tops the deal tables for 2019 transacting two of the top three office deals by Sq Ft in the South East
The largest deal of Q1 was Sovereign Housing Association’s lease of 61,000 sq ft at Florence Building, Basingstoke. Other occupational transactions included Bottomline Technologies taking 58,000 sq ft at Hive 3, Theale and Starbucks which took 54,000 sq ft in Building 7, Chiswick Park.
RARE advised on the top 2 slots, in the disposal of The Florence Building on behalf of Abstract and Hive 3, Reading on behalf of Praxis. Both buildings were let upon Practical Completion.
