The Quad Reading: SOLD

RARE have sold The Quad, Arkwright Road, Reading on behalf of retained clients to a private Property Company buyer.

The Quad comprises four adjoining buildings in a courtyard development, with excellent parking provisions.

The mixed use site comprises 17,824 sq ft of offices to the upper floors and R&D, assembly and storage space to the ground.

The sale price achieved was £2,000,000 or £112 psf.
