RARE continue to power ahead and report rise in profits
In another exciting year, RARE achieved an 10% year on year increase in profits in spite of challenging market conditions. It also saw the continuation of its year on year growth in turnover since its formation in 2011.
Notable instructions won this year have included being appointed by Seven Capital to market a new 100,000 sqft speculative office development at 53 Clarendon Road Watford, winning a competitive tender and being appointed by Basingstoke and Deane on a new 45,000 sqft office scheme on Basing View, being appointed by Slough Borough Council to market 17,123 sqft in 25 Windsor Road Slough and being appointed to sell a 33,000 sqft freehold building at Arlington Business Park ,Theale.
Space let or sold totalled 230,000 sqft and included the leasing of 60,000 sqft at The Florence Building Basingstoke, the sale of 58,000 sqft to Bottomline Technology at Arlington Business Park Theale and the letting of 25,000 sqft to CITL also at Arlington Business Park Theale.
The company have continued to innovate investing in the latest technology to market their clients premises, with the proactive adoption of social media marketing campaigns utilising Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn as well as producing a suite of marketing collateral, videos and websites, in-house for which no extra charge is made to clients.
