RARE appointed to market 58,744 SQFT at ONE Forbury Place

OVO Energy has appointed RARE to market 58,744 sq ft of plug and play “Spaceflex” offices at the One Forbury Place headquarters building in the centre of Reading.

The mandate allows occupiers to take from 10,000 sq ft of fully cabled, furnished space for as little as 24 months. The package also includes “net-net” space as occupiers will be offered access to a conference and meeting room suite in the building. The M&G owned building is located adjacent to Reading Station and has a café and a restaurant on site.
