Acting on behalf of Dencora, RARE have let 3,056 sq ft at Unit 1 Winnersh Fields to Media First Ltd.

Media First are market leaders in providing media & communications training and the company have taken a 10 year lease at a commencing rent of £23.50 psf, relocating from Reading Town Centre.

Following successful lettings at Unit 4 and 5 Winnersh Fields, there is now only 3,084 sq ft remaining on the park at the newly refurbished first floor of Unit 5, please click here for details.
