Background
Jonathan has worked in the West London and Thames Valley commercial property market for over 25 years first as a Director of Rogers Chapman then a founding Partner of Cushman & Wakefield's Thames Valley office at Stockley Park and then as National Head of Offices at Colliers International.
Jonathan is married to Lesley and they have two children Joshua and Katie and a Cocker Spaniel called Stockley. He enjoys travelling and messing about in boats.
Experience
Jonathan has acted for major developer and occupier clients including SEGRO, P&O Developments, Capital & Counties, Landid, McKay Securities, Lego, P&G, Gilead Sciences, BP and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Acting on behalf of Fluor Ltd he negotiated the pre-let acquisition of a new 210,000 sqft headquarters campus at IQ Farnborough. More recently, he advised Quintiles on the acquisition of their new 120,000 sqft headquarters at Green Park, Reading.
A consumate deal doer he thrives on devising creative marketing solutions for promoting clients properties and throughout his career has been widely credited with being instrumental in turning around the success of schemes which hitherto, had lacked results.
