We secured a newly refurbished building on a highly flexible lease with the option to take additional space within the building when required.

Business Objectives

  • Our client had been awarded a new contract and required project space that could be expanded if required but could also be handed back to the landlord within an indeterminate period if the space was no longer required.
  • The space needed to be located as close as possible to the existing HQ.
  • The space was required almost immediately.

What RARE did

  • We identified a newly refurbished building located within a mile of the existing HQ.
  • We secured a lease on two floors of the three storey building with the option to take the third floor as and when required.
  • A flexible lease was negotiated that allowed for frequent lease break points following an initial secure term.
  • We also secured an additional 200 car spaces nearby to accommodate additional staff parking.
