How RARE helped

Following the purchase of Viewpoint One by Boultbee Brooks in 2016, they undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the building to deliver a Grade A office building. RARE were appointed to re-position the building in the wider Thames Valley market and to attract new occupiers.
