What RARE did

We were appointed by Morgan Sindall to identify a new regional HQ for their Morgan Lovell and Overbury offices that were previously located in Wokingham and Bracknell. After considering a number of options we identified maxis as offering the corporate image our client sought as well as securing exceptional rental and lease terms from the landlord.
