  • The company started up in Serviced space but had outgrown this and wanted their own branded space and to fix costs that were escalating in a serviced office environment which was more suitable for small companies.
  • Notice to quit the existing lease timescales were tight and we needed to act fast in order to allow them to move in time rather than have to renew for another year.
  • Location was important to them as they didn’t want to be too far away from their current clients and wanted retain their local workforce.

  • Improved lease terms were negotiated compared to the initial proposal and a delayed completion to align with their exit from serviced offices.
