What RARE did
- A ‘heat map’ showing where the majority of staff lived and where clients were based, identified West London as the ideal location, close to Heathrow, good train access to London and to the M25. Keypoint, Slough provided the best combination of budget, lease flexibility and good communication links. Even though our key contact was remote, we took them through the whole process seamlessly with regular updates and ensured that the space was delivered on time and actually below budget.
