Acting on behalf of The Fitness Experts, RARE:Find have acquired Unit B, Daneshill, Armstrong Road, Basingstoke totalling 4,390 sq ft on a new 20 year lease at an annual rent of £40,352.50 per annum exclusive.

The Fitness Experts offer an exciting alternative to normal gym memberships with a range of innovative inclusive sessions including “Boot Camp of the Day” together with personalised nutrition and One-on-One training making it a more holistic and tailored solution than conventional machine based gym memberships. This acquisition is the latest in a planned expansion of the Group that has seen new centres recently opening in Harwell and High Wycombe all of which were acquired by RARE:Find, with other new centres planned.
