RARE are delighted to announce we have been appointed by Plus X on the 53,000 sqft Brighton Innovation Hub.

The Platinum WiredScored building provides inspiring work space, offering business expertise, support, wellness and a culture of curated collaboration designed to drive business growth and promote positive social impact for the local community.

Flexible office space is available catering for start-ups through to those taking an entire 7,000 sqft floor and provides members access to the buildings’ wealth of amenities including; Workshops for prototyping and product development equipped with with laser cutters, CNC milling machines, 3D printers, spray booth, wood working and finishing facilities; Vlogging/Podcasting studio - Events Space - Onsite café – Phone and video conferencing booths - Bookable meeting rooms - Showers - 24/7 access and monitoring.
