Acting on behalf of Priory RE Ltd, Rare, The Thames Valley Specialists have completed the letting of a total of 31,000 sqft of offices at Inspired Bracknell bringing the 80,000 sqft building to 100% occupancy.

Anixter UK Ltd, part of a global distributor of communication and security products who already occupied space within the building have taken a new six-year lease on 11,846 sqft at a rent of £23.50 per sqft.

HealthHero, are new occupiers to the building. The company combine digital convenience with clinical expertise to provide people with fast, remote access to expert clinicians when they need it and have taken a new 5-year lease on 12,031 sqft.

East Berkshire Primary Care Out Of Hours Services Limited, is a not-for-profit society commissioned by East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Groups in Bracknell Forest, Slough, Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead to provide urgent out-of-hours medical care. They have taken a new lease on 6900 sqft also at £23.50 per sqft.
