Thames Valley commercial property specialists, Rare have concluded two deals in Bracknell totalling almost 10,000sqft.

Acting on behalf of global automation software provider, Basis Technologies, 3,750 sqft of refurbished CAT A+ space has been acquired in the recently completed, One Arlington Square, Bracknell a scheme by Capital London Investment Management. Basis Technologies Ltd, originally founded in Melbourne Australia, will be relocating to Bracknell from Richmond. Better motorway access, superb on-site amenities and the availability of fully fitted CAT A+ space offered on competitive terms were the primary reasons for the choice of building. Fryer Commercial represented the landlord.

Elsewhere and acting on behalf of Priory RE Ltd, Rare acting jointly with Savills Management, have leased 6,030 sqft of space at Inspired to Norbain SD Ltd.
